hi every one im new ive joined a week ago and am loving it, ive started exercising and being really good with what im eating i weighed myself last night and was very suppriced to have lost 9lbs in 1 week :happy: i know this isnt lickly to happen every week but its gave me a great boost to keep up the good work, i hope…
