Hey ya'll.. I am on week 8 day 2 of C25K. I am having a hard time running the entire 28 minutes nonstop. Like today, I ran 18 minutes and then took a 30 second break (I am doing this on the treadmill so I just hop off the belt), and then another break with 5 minutes left and then ANOTHER one right before it ended.…

Hey ya'll. So I started C25K about 6 weeks ago and the best way for me to pass the time (25 mins running nonstop, ahh!) is to listen to some up beat music. I've had my pandora station set on "Summer Hits of the 2000's" and it's been good, but I'm starting to hear the same songs over and over... Just curious if anyone else…
