What to have for dinner?!?
I struggle every night with this question. My boyfriend is not on a "diet" with me, the only veggies he eats are corn and potatoes. So its hard to plan a good healthy dinner. Hello, I have been using myfitnesspal for about a month now. I started out with the 1300 calorie diet. My exercise was walking 2.5 miles almost every day. I have upped that to now going to Zumba or a fitness class 3-4 times aweek. So far I have lost 10lbs! My goal is to lose about 100lbs! Currently this is probably the…
