Hello, I have been using myfitnesspal for about a month now. I started out with the 1300 calorie diet. My exercise was walking 2.5 miles almost every day. I have upped that to now going to Zumba or a fitness class 3-4 times aweek. So far I have lost 10lbs! My goal is to lose about 100lbs! Currently this is probably the longest I've ever stuck with a program and actually seen progress. I'm having issues finding healthy meals that my boyfriend will actually eat if I cook them. I love veggies and fruit and healthy things but he doesn't. I find myself almost making 2 meals at night just to cover all the bases! So far its working.
