NSV - I'm actually learning something this time!
I started a medical weight loss program a couple weeks ago. Shakes, lots of them. Weekly meetings, weekly group exercise. This is seriously the first time I feel like I have the tools I need to succeed. Week 1, I lost 5.5 lbs. Week 2, I'm down 3 more lbs.
