so 2 people have now told me that at the gym when getting measured they put the tape tight around each part. see i hop in front of mirror and lay it as flat as i can get it. just wondering which is considered correct measurements then?

Do i change to sedentary then add all my housework and exercise? because some days im lazy lol I have it at lightly active and dont add daily housework as thats why i have it set like this. But some days i dont clean as much as others or am just having a lazy day, so really i shouldnt be eating as much. What do you all do?
