I couldn't figure out how they wanted you to measure the elbow, but according to this I have a large frame, which doesn't surprise me at all. I always have, even when I weighed less.0

put your arm straight out, then bend forearm up and face your palm out. feel your point on your elbow with your pointer and thumb fingers. slide them outwards till they hit 2 bones at the base of your elbow. measure between those bones that are across from each other, does that make sense?0
