Has anyone had any issues with the automated ordering service on the Zumba 800 number. I placed my order for Zumba this morning and after the order for the initial product the automated service goes through this list of additional products you can order for additional costs. To Eat or Not to Eat- That is the question...
I started 30 Day Shred today. Because I was running late from work I have not eaten dinner yet. I want to make sure I get the most out of these workouts. I don't want to eat and add the calories back that I just killed myself to burn... My question: Should I eat dinner before I work out or can I eat after my workout?
