Hard time in week 2 in Ripped in 30
I recently started doing Ripped in 30 which I am loving. However, I just moved to week 2 and cant do half of the exercises. It is very discouraging. So I went back to week 1 for now, since I don't want to do nothing or get down b/c I can't do the exercise. Anyone else having that problem?? What can I do???
