I am havng trouble squeezing exercise into my day. I work FT and have a 6 year old daughter. I get home around 6:15 and have to get dinner, deal with homework, get the kiddo fed, bathed and in bed (with any luck by 9pm) At 9pm when I finally get to sit down, the last thing I want to do is exercise!
