I just got my DEXA body scan results back, and I am trying to figure out what my target weight should be based on my target body fat percentage. Here is the info: My body weight is 81kg (or 178.5 lbs). The scan indicates I have 44.3kg of lean mass (97.7lbs) or 42.5% body fat. (I'm not sure what the discrepancy is because…

Hello, I am new to this site and I'm wondering if anyone else out there is an ultra runner. I am looking for any tips or info that people have for following MFP while training for and participating in ultra marathons. How many of your exercise calories do you eat after your long runs etc.?
