I feel hungry all day long.. I eat breakfast which is usually, oatmeal or a bowl of special K cereal... Then at like 10:00 or 11:00 am I am hungry again so I have a snack.. Which is usually a fruit, peanut butter, or some kind of cereal bar.. Then I eat lunch which is either left over from dinner... Or a frozen weight…
My husband and I are trying to get pregnant... But the Doc's say for us to lose weight (we are in the process of doing so)... Anyone have any advise? Any tips? Any success stories? I would love to hear about it...
What do you do if you consume all your calories at the end of the day... but still feel hungry?
If I am counting calories, and I am only allowed let's say 1200.. Do I have to make at the end of the day I have had that many calories? Or if I am under let's say 200 is that ok?
I am getting started once again on losing some pounds... But I am super stoked!! :)
