Heart rate seems TOO steady
I've been doing intervals on the treadmill with a powerwalk and jogging. I don't have a proper HTM so I just use the one on the handle. After a high speed, it seems like my HR is at most 145 and goes down to 125 within a minute of a slower pace. Is that normal? Is my jogging speed just not very high?

Very small but a big deal to me
I've only been going to the gym for two weeks. Then, it took me 20 minutes to go a mile on the treadmill and I BARELY made it. I really doubted that my goal of completing the Tough Mudder in January would be anywhere near realistic. I really hate cardio, I've really only done the minimum 20 minutes the last week just to…
