Goal to lose 20 by sept 28
well my big 40th birthday is coming up and i am looking to lose 20lbs total by then. I started dieting on july 25th and i have lost a total of 10lbs to date. I am really hoping to lose a total of 20, so i have decided to work out at least 5 times a week until then to accomplish my goal. Do you think its possible? I am so…
