Goal to lose 20 by sept 28

well my big 40th birthday is coming up and i am looking to lose 20lbs total by then. I started dieting on july 25th and i have lost a total of 10lbs to date. I am really hoping to lose a total of 20, so i have decided to work out at least 5 times a week until then to accomplish my goal. Do you think its possible? I am so excited about mfp which i started about 3 weeks ago there is so much support in here.

    If you have already lost 10, I'd say it's safer to say you may get 15lbs off by then...or close to 20 if you work really hard...but I'd take it slow!! Don't rush it or it's more likely to come back. Or at least that's how it happened with me!
