Adjustable Dumbbells
I'm looking to begin Chalean Extreme in 2 weeks, but I need to buy a better variety of weights to add to my dumbbell collection. I think it'd be better to get a set of adjustable dumbbells, but I'm not looking to spend $300+ right now. Any suggestions on alternatives to SelecTech or Powerblocks? Thanks in advance!
