Hi im diabetic and its very hard for me too lose weight is there anyone that can give me some tips on how they loss the weight?
Im not really big on the exerice thing but know to keep healthly i need to excerise i walk on the treadmill 3 days a week for about an hour, is this ok for losing weight or does anyone have any suggestions on this and how long should you walk for and how many days a week and what speed i should be at???
