Treadmill

Im not really big on the exerice thing but know to keep healthly i need to excerise i walk on the treadmill 3 days a week for about an hour, is this ok for losing weight or does anyone have any suggestions on this and how long should you walk for and how many days a week and what speed i should be at???

    Walking is great. But I'd really recommend some strength training also. I can't do the treadmill, too boring. I do boxing, jump rope etc. for cardio
  • I would tell you to make sure you're getting in your 10,000 steps. You should also be walking fast enough to be slightly out of breath and not able to carry on a conversation. Good luck!
