Today I have a lunchtime business meeting at an all you can eat Chinese buffet. (Not my idea). What are the safest things to eat and what should I desperately avoid? Any ideas??? Panicking.... Chinese is my ultimate favourite food.

Wow. I was not expecting this when I logged in online. I have been using the iPhone app for nearly a week now and thought I owuld see if the online version was different. Its great to see so much support. Looks like I just need to get myself some friends now... =)
