P90X and Insanity at the same time?
I am currently in my 4th week of Insanity and loving it. I have plans to start P90x next. P90x offers a doubles program where you work out twice a day. It got me to thinking has anyone done P90x in the morning and Insanity in the afternoon? Or is this pushing the body too far?
