Staying motivated
I stopped and started so many times. How do you stay motivated to log food, etc. I'm going to join weight watchers for motivation. I feel like I need to actually go to a meeting. But I love this ap, and plan to continue logging my meals. Hope I can do it this time. Please add me as a friend if you like to encourage! :)

ways to increase steps
I love my fit bit and am trying to increase my steps each day. Any ideas for ways to increase steps doing ordinary activities? It is so cold and rainy...not much outside walking for me this week!

Stuck!
I haven't lost anything since April 8. In fact, I have gained a couple of pounds! So frustrating!!!! I have about 20 pounds to go. I know it gets harder as you get older, but this is frustrating!!!! Need some encouragement I guess!
