I travel a lot for work and I am in the midst of P1. P1 is easy when I'm working in my home office all day and can run down to my kitchen and prepare a meal. However, when I travel, I'm having a hard time coming up with "portable" snacks other than nuts? Everything else would need to be refrigerated. Any ideas? Thanks!
Ok, maybe it's simpler than I'm making it. My daily caloric intake is supposed to be 1,200 calories. I started logging my food, was told I had 400 some odd calories left and then logged my workout.
