SB P1 for Travelers?

I travel a lot for work and I am in the midst of P1. P1 is easy when I'm working in my home office all day and can run down to my kitchen and prepare a meal.
However, when I travel, I'm having a hard time coming up with "portable" snacks other than nuts? Everything else would need to be refrigerated.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Most cheeses do not need to be cold. As long as you do the reducerd fat, these should be fine. Maybe you can add some turkey pepperoni which also does not need to be cold. Depending on what you put in it and how long you will be traveling, I have used the breakfast cups as snacks. I am not sure what type of traveling so you can also do sugar snap peas or tomatoes like cherry so they are snack size. I hope this helps.

    How are you travelling ?

Get an insulated lunch bag, some refreezable icepaks & a thermos ...... I seldom leave home without mine ...... try cheesesticks, nuts, hardboiled eggs, soups & stews in the thermos, cans of V8, bottles of water or SF drinks ......

I forget ....... can you have yogurt in Phase 1 ???

    Good luck :drinker:
