I am turning 39 this week and I thought that I set a goal to be heatly and fit by the time I "hit" 40. This year is going to have to be hard core for me since I have 100 pounds to loose. But I know that this is something that I NEED to do!! I want to start off the next decade of my life Healthier then ever.
Recipes needed please. I saw on the data base for the food posting that there was a Lemon chia seed muffin...Sounds yummy. Anybody use them and have some great recipes that they want to share?
