Sounds odd to be happy about, but considering I had to lose just over 63 lbs to be considered to have a BMI in the overweight range instead of obese I count it as a success! :happy:

30ds results
I did 30ds for October. I went straight through everyday though I was only able to do 1/3 of it one day due to my on-call job. I lost .5 inches off my waist & .5 inches off my hips the MONTH before I started 30ds. I have lost .75 inches off my waist and .5 inches off my hips EACH WEEK of 30ds so far.... Still don't like Jillian Michaels but she does deliver results... :happy:

Can I change my start weight?
I know that MFP will allow me to but I am trying to decide if this is cheating or not. I lost 8lbs before starting MFP and it would be nice if my little tracker thing said more weight lost than it does right now. Though it won't put me any closer to my goal weight.

I usually don't enter if I gain weight but if I weigh 582lbs then 585 then 582 again will it tell people I lost 3 lbs or will it wait until I get below 582 again to say I lost weight?
