Is anyone doing cross fit? How are you incorporating it into your workout? Do you use a gym or just the website? Any suggestions on how to incorporate it would be great. Thanks

How do most people track their calories burned?
I use my Garmin with the hear rate monitor for my runs. I also use it on its indoor setting to track my calories burned. I'm wondering how accurate this is or is there a better way. I notice the Garmin tell me that I typically burn less the MFP so I usually go with the lower setting just to be on the safe side.
