I lost my mind and ate a burger and fries at 5 guys last night. I had 2000 calories available to me going in but I felt horrible all night. I ached and my body actually hurt. So the answer would be yes. Come to think of it I woke up with a headache also. Ugh!

Nicely done.

Awesome job!

I got out of the military in 1998 and am getting myself ready to make a run at going back in myself. So feel free to add me.

Let's hear it.

I just went to the doctor and it was 54.

Enjoy it! If you have a HRM use it. Monitoring it will help you make sure you don't burn out and you can enjoy the run. Remember! whether its a 7 Minute mile or a 14 minute mile it's still a mile! Good luck. Add me if you like.

I wouldn't worry so much about one cheat meal. Everything in moderation. I have noticed when I plateau adjusting my calories for a couple of days will usually get my metabolism fired up again. I will get very strict and drop it for a few days by about 20 to 25%. I eat lost of fruit and fresh veggies on those days so I can…

I would caution in the ankle brace for running. You don't want your ankle to become dependent on it for strength or support. Do you have a previous ankle injury? I saw you do PT exercises. I would try incorporating some calf strength training. Calf raises (seated and standing). Incorporate them into leg days. Good luck!…

You look amazing. Congrats!

I'm 5'10" and i weighed 290. I'm thinking I would like to drop to 220. I'm thinking that will put me aroung 10% body fat but I wil reassess at that time.

Having a good base of friends to cheer you on and ask questions helps. Good luck add me if you like.

It does. Log your food and your work out and you'll be surprised how much you learn and lose. Good luck.

Its not stupid. When you set it up you input a profile and it calculates calories burned based on that information.

I use the Garmin forerunner 110. It is very basic and does exactly what I need. You also can use it to connect with the Garmin Connect website which gives you maps and various other data to help you with your training and it allows you to see improvements.

I'm no longer married but I can tell you what was missing in my marriage. Open lines of communication and the feeling that there was give AND take. Not just take. People say marriage is 50/50. I think thats wrong. Its two people giving 100% everyday so that if there happens to be a short coming the other person is there to…

`good luck. I know people that have done great things with insanity. Add me if you like.

It would be like the scene from When Harry Met Sally. "I'll have what she's having....."

That show is great. I enjoy ji,ping on my motorcycle and going to those places that are within a few hundred miles of me. It's a guilty pleasure. But then I "punish" myself in the gym for about a week! Lol!

P90x is GREAT! Although so is Beachbody Inasanity. They are made by the same company. P90 X is great if you have minimal weights. Insanity is better if you have no weights since it's all body weight stuff. Good luck. Add me if you like.

Sounds like you're on the right track. Good luck. Add me if you would like.

What you've accomplished so far is amazing. Keep up the good work! I wish I could figure out how to post a picture on here from my iPad. There is a picture about patience and achieving your goals that is perfect for this Remember most people work for a pound or two a week! You've doubled that. Great job.
