How hard should a push?
I work a active job, stocking groceries which helps me move all day and lift things. I've lost about 30 lbs since starting this job 3 years ago but was diagnosed with bicep tendonitis in the process. Any suggestions for this outta shape chick with not doing too much too fast?

I tried the 20 beginner workout today and am wondering how to tell how many calories I am burning. Anyone have any ideas?

I joined months ago but never log in everyday. Keeping track of food is especially important because I could probably eat all day ;o( Time to get motivated!
