Is it recommended to gradually build up to TDEE or should I just go straight for the maintenance calories? I couldn't find a straight forward answer on this.
I've been counting calories for a while now and aside from days where I go out with my family and eat over/around 2,000, I've been pretty consistently eating around under my goal, around 700-1,100 calories.
