Is it recommended to gradually build up to TDEE or should I just go straight for the maintenance calories?

Its really a personal preference that will have a lot to do with your comfort level. Some people think a gradual increase helps to minimize the bloating. For me, I decided to go all in and get it over with as soon as possible, lol. The main thing though is just to stay consistent.0
