New to MFP, not sure how to post excercise...
I do an intense 45 minute boot camp every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We run, we lift weights, we do a lot of leg work squats, side shuffles, side leg lifts, etc, we do push ups planks etc and usually end it with 300 crunches (different kinds). How do I enter this. I was also going to try zumba but I notice this is also…
