I do an intense 45 minute boot camp every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We run, we lift weights, we do a lot of leg work squats, side shuffles, side leg lifts, etc, we do push ups planks etc and usually end it with 300 crunches (different kinds). How do I enter this. I was also going to try zumba but I notice this is also not one of the drop downs listed under excercise. Please help, if anyone knows how I enter this all help is appreciated. Thanks all

zumba you should be able to find on the net somewhere and just post as quick calories burned, as far as the bootcamp thats a hard one to do without an HRM0

I list my boot camp as circuit training. It either that or count everything and try to remember it all and log it in seperately. Too much work if you ask me. lol0

i had trouble with this also. you have to enter any cardio and strength training separately, and you type in a basic description in the search bar. if it doesn't have anything in the database for your exercise, try either re-wording it or adding it to the database. you might have to google the calories burned so you can enter it though. hope that helped!!0
