Hello :D I'm an asian girl from Holland who's new here on mfp. I'm hopeing mfp will help me to get my goals! I have been trying to lose weight so many times, because i can lose it easily but maintaining the lost weight is such a crime :( So, I hope to find some people to support me. Bye bye!
