Yes, i do grow my own food. This way i know for sure it's all organic. This year i had tomatoes (red and yellow ones), peppers, cucumbers, beans, several kinds of lettuce and herbs, zuchini, raspberries, strawberries, black berries, plums, apples, cherries and pears. Now i'm trying to grow a pineapple, mango and lychee.…

Hello, I had those green monster smoothies for breakfast the last two weeks and my experience is that after one smoothie in the morning i don't feel hungry untill lunch. My favourite recipe is spinach or endive, with pear and banana. You should try it.

Make a green smoothie! When i take a glass in the morning, i don't feel hungry untill lunch! I take some spinach, water, banana and a pear and blend it for a minute. Tastes really good and it has a lot of fiber and iron in it.
