Hey, I am a 54 yr old man, returning to this website. It would be great to find another older man to help support and encourage each other. I am currently 284 pounds and would like to lose 50-75 of that.
I just joined myfitnesspal, I am still learning to navigate the site. When I excercize the program adds calories, it there way to prevent that automatic addition? I am excercizing to lose weight, not add calories!
