When I excercize the program adds calories, it there way to prevent
that automatic addition? I am excercizing to lose weight, not add calories!

When you set your goals, MFP figured in a calorie deficit, not counting exercise. Therefore, when you exercise, you have a bigger deficit, which can become too large for healthy weight loss. That's why you eat back your exercise calories.0
