I've been using MFP for a while but I cannot figure out how to change my original goal weight. I obviously put it in sometime, but I cannot find how to change it! Can anyone please help? Thanks!
Hey everyone... I'm going out to eat with a friend tonight and I have NEVER been good about watching what I eat at restaurants. Anyone have any good restaurants choices, meal choices or anything like that? Any advice helps! It looks like I will be choosing where we eat.
