Tips for Curbing Hunger
Hi! I recently was on vacation and unfortunately gained about 5 lbs while away. Now that I’m back and need to get into routine I find I’m already starving more than normal, probably because my body was used to being fed so much. Does anyone have tips to help with hunger while cutting calories?
