I did fly there and back (8 hour plane ride). App is set to lose 1 lb per week. I’m 5’1 and currently 142.2 and goal weight 125 (which is still kind of high for my height I think).

According to this app, I’m going to try with 1,270 calories per day. And I got back yesterday from vacation haha. But I was gone for 2 1/2 weeks. But just from eating “normally” yesterday but higher than 1,270, I was hungry most of the day, so I know it’s going to be a struggle just getting back to a normal routine.

This is a super helpful post and also amazing that this is the first post I came across this morning. My weight loss has stalled and I was just thinking about re-examining my intake since my exercise has been consistent. It's good to see what I was thinking has been confirmed :)
