What's most effective??
Hi, I'm trying to get into a good workout routine. I'm just wondering if it makes a difference doing 2 workouts a day for 3 days a week, or working out once a day for 6 days a week? Obviously they both end up as 6 workout sessions, but I'm not sure if one routine is better than the other?? Thanks!
