What's most effective??

Hi,
I'm trying to get into a good workout routine. I'm just wondering if it makes a difference doing 2 workouts a day for 3 days a week, or working out once a day for 6 days a week? Obviously they both end up as 6 workout sessions, but I'm not sure if one routine is better than the other?? Thanks!

This may be one occasion when 3 x 2 doesn't necessarily equal 6. Depending on your current fitness level and the nature / intensity of the workouts you're planning you may find that you're not adequately recovered between sessions to perform optimally.
Perhaps if you gave a little more information about the actual workouts you had in mind you could get a little more useful feedback.0
