fruit and sugars
I am having difficulty keeping my sugar under 45 g. Today I had a bowl of protein cheerios with milk and a half of banana and I already have used all but 15 g of sugar. Food and exercise
When I log my exercise it adds more calories for consumption. Do I eat those calories? I am scared if I do eat them I will have too many calories and gain weight. On the flip side I am scared if I do not I will not get enough and then not lose or worse yet gain weight. Advice please!!!!
