manual treadmills
Howdy- Does anyone here use a manual treadmill regularly or has anyone at least used one on multiple occasions? I'm thinking of buying one, but I've only ever used electric. Is it easy to run on them? I imagine it's similar to running outside in that YOU set the pace. thanks
