GM Diet
Has anyone heard of this diet or has had sucess? I have been at a plateau for almost a year and started this Monday and have already lost 3 lbs. I have cheated a little, but am sticking to the majority of it. Just wondering if anyone out there has tried it too. Thanks! Natalie
