Hey guys! I have lost about 25 lbs since I started. I gained about 7 pounds back in the last month because of stress and schedule. I am trying to get back to where I was, but I am always thinking about food, always wanting to eat, always feeling a little hungry. I don't know how to stop thinking about food! Any advice??…

Weight Gain even when I ate under the calorie level?!
