Hi everyone.. I hope you are all having a good day thus far... =) So my weigh in days are Wednesday... My best friend says that we should just weigh ourselves that one day, BUT, I don't want to.. I want to weigh myself everyday. Some people say that it's a bad thing and others don't. What do you think?
O.k. so I'm not 20 years old anymore, I'm 32.. O.k. so I can't eat like I used too because I'm not as fit anymore..
