Hello all - was wondering if anyone can recommend any good spinning DVDs? We've just got our own spinning bike at home. I'm relatively advanced and like a varied workout. Plenty of sprints mixed in with uphill climbs etc. Oh, I'm in the UK so UK sites would be best. Thanks!
