Breakfast..
I am looking for some good but fast breakfast choices... I am not a morning person and needing something that is quick but filling.. This morning I tried the oatmeal thing, and I love oatmeal but it was way to many calories by the time I was done with it. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hunger..
I have only been on this site for a day, but started logging calories and exercising a week ago. This week has been rough at some points to where I am hungry but don't want to eat due to the calories. What do you do when you find you are hungry but don't really have the calories to eat? Does it pass with time the feeling…
