Calories burned from putting baby to sleep?
Sorry if this has been asked recently. I just spent like an hour and a half putting my 12 lb baby to sleep. It wasn't sweat breaking, but still felt like work. Has anyone done this and worn their hrm? I don't want to eat too little because I'm nursing and don't want my supply to drop, but don't want to eat too much so I…

Bellabeat Leaf?
Has anyone gotten this yet? I need a hrm and like the idea of being able to just clip it on rather than have a wristband watch. It's not an investment I take lightly though, so I was hoping for some real person feedback. :) thanks!

Hoping for help figuring burn during walk with 30 lb on my back.
Just got back from a "hike" that was 3.3 miles on level dirt road terrain. It took us about 2-2.5 hours (35-45 min/mile) or so to complete, and I had my 30-35 lb preschooler on my back. Any tips on where to look for a more accurate calculation than on here? I'm getting huge discrepancies... MFP says 738 or something for a…

Sore Achilles Tendon
Hi! So I've been doing the 30 Day Shred, and just finished Level 1. On Day 10 I noticed my right Achilles tendon and knee were just a bit sore. I decided that instead of powering on, I'd take yesterday as a rest day inbetween levels. Today my Achilles is still sore, it feels like my ankle needs to pop a little, or like the…

Bbq ribs logging question
I looked in the database, and all of the entries for baby back ribs are so different!! I'm having them today, and want to log them accurately. Sauce aside, is the best way to figure how much I eat to take uncooked total weight including bones and fat, eat, then weigh whats left and subtract? Wouldn't that give me the…

A test.
So I decided to make Pecan Pie since my stepmom loves it and was visiting for the holiday. She's from Texas, and being Southern, appreciates a good bourbon, so I decided to do a bourbon pecan pie. It calls for 3 tablespoons of booze in the whole pie, leaving me with the rest of the bottle, sitting on the counter. I wonder…

Super awesome soda!!
So I just tried this soda... it's spendy but so great for you and really yummy somehow! Dandelion Root is supposed to be great for cleaning out the liver, and Burdock Root is a blood cleanser, and this stuff is made by fermenting them! It's called "Fentiman's Dandelion & Burdock Soda" and pretty much just tastes a bit…

I'm logging today! It's been a while
I haven't logged food in a while, since my booze consumption is sort of a lot. I ALWAYS go way over on sugar, and calories as well, and tend not to make good choices food-wise anyway. Today, because of this group, I did it. I made progressive choices for lunch and after logging that decided I was having salad…

Logging after midnight
If you eat or drink something after midnight, do you start a new diary for the day or keep logging for the day you've started? I'm often up past 12 and usually eat something and drink a bit of water. I just keep logging for the day started but feel like maybe I should be starting a new entry.
