So I decided to make Pecan Pie since my stepmom loves it and was visiting for the holiday. She's from Texas, and being Southern, appreciates a good bourbon, so I decided to do a bourbon pecan pie. It calls for 3 tablespoons of booze in the whole pie, leaving me with the rest of the bottle, sitting on the counter.
I wonder how long it's going to last....
